Acquire new customers and manage relationships with existing clients.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable IT services and solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Negotiate with customers and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Collaborate with technical specialists and internal teams to ensure customer success.
Represent the company at marketing activities, customer events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Follow IT market trends and contribute to the improvement of services, products, and sales processes.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ICT, technology, telecommunications, financial services, business consulting, engineering solutions, or other complex B2B solution sales.
Higher or professional higher education (in business administration, economics, IT, commerce, or marketing will be considered an advantage).
Understanding of corporate IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, or other digital business solutions.
Knowledge of consultative selling principles and customer needs identification.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve set targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and business partners.
Experience with CRM systems and good skills in office software and digital collaboration tools.
Native-level Estonian and professional English skills.
Base salary: EUR 2,500 gross per month.
